for the critiques side i just find some elements a litlle flat: things like the chin, the upper part of the cap and the stick doesn't appear very rounded in my opinion.

Gotta love that glowy-eyed newt on the handle. (And it really is a newt, not a lizard, so I see.) Best pumpkins I've seen in a long time, and some of them are fancy varieties of gourds, not all just stock average orange punkins. The witch's manner of stylization reminds me of... Christiansen, I forget his name, but you probably know which artist I mean anyway. She makes it obvious that the painting is meant to be humorous and fun, not actually scary or even slightly serious. Great hands on her. I like her tiny skull hair-ornaments. The cauldron has a stone pattern on the outside... that's peculiar. The little grinning pink creature leaning on the rim is also peculiar. I just noticed the tiny frog attempting to struggle out of the cauldron. Must be lots of little details crammed in there for people to search for.
